Your project scope is defined by the package you purchase and any written add-ons. Work outside scope may require a change order and additional fees.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required assets (logo, copy, images, logins). Delays can shift timelines.
Payments
Fees are due as stated on your invoice/checkout. Work may pause if payments are late. Third-party processing fees may apply.
Revisions
We include a reasonable revision window for each milestone. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may be billed separately.
Content & assets
You confirm you have rights to any text, images, fonts, or trademarks you provide. We can source licensed stock assets when requested.
Launch & handoff
After final approval and payment, we publish the site and provide handoff details. Ongoing updates/maintenance are available as an add-on.

Timeline & approvals
Estimated timelines begin once onboarding is complete and required assets are received. You agree to review deliverables promptly. If approvals are delayed, delivery dates may shift accordingly.
Ownership & licensing
Upon full payment, you own the final website deliverables we create for you, excluding third-party components (themes, plugins, fonts, stock media) which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Refunds: Because design work is time-based and customized, refunds are limited once work begins. If you believe there’s an issue, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time in writing. You remain responsible for fees incurred up to the cancellation date, including any non-refundable third-party costs.

Third-party services: Hosting, domains, payment processors, analytics, and plugins may be provided by third parties. Their terms and fees apply. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions outside our control.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3umphStudios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page.
